Legacy Capital Partners invested $6.646 million in the acquisition of an apartment complex located in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The total project costs were $31.507 million. The asset was purchased with a $23.2 million fixed rate loan with interest only for the first five years of the twelve-year term. The total equity requirement was $8.307 million.
