Legacy Capital Partners invested $5.04 million in the acquisition of an apartment complex located in St. Louis (St. Charles County), Missouri. The total project costs were $19.3 million. The asset was purchased with a $13.0 million variable rate bridge loan with interest only for the first three years of the five-year term, which has two 12-month extension options. The total equity requirement was $6.3 million.
