Legacy Capital Partners invested $12.964 million in the acquisition and renovation of an apartment complex located in Denver, Colorado. The total project costs (including funds needed to complete the renovation) were $60.27 million. The asset was purchased with a $41.75 million fixed rate loan with interest only for the first five years of the ten-year term. The total equity requirement was $18.52 million.
