Acquisition of a 457 Rental Unit Portfolio in Knoxville, Tennessee

Legacy Capital Partners invested $8.7 million in the acquisition and renovation of a rental unit portfolio consisting of a 377 unit apartment community and an 80 unit townhome complex located in Knoxville, Tennessee. The total project costs (including funds needed to complete the renovation) were $35.77 million. The assets were purchased with two fixed rate loans totaling $24.893 million. Both loans have a 10-year term with interest only for the first three years. The total equity requirement was $10.875 million.
