Legacy Capital Partners invested $8.32 million in the acquisition and renovation of a 612-bed (156-unit) student housing community serving University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. The total project costs (including funds needed to complete the renovations) were $34.25 million. The asset was purchased with a $23.85 million fixed rate loan with interest only for the first 5-years of the ten year term. The total equity requirement was $10.4 million.
