Legacy Capital Partners made its initial investment on May 25, 2007 and had invested $7.16 million in the acquisition and renovation of an existing 9-story tower adjacent to the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado. The project was sold in June 2017 and Legacy’s investment realized a 9.97% IRR and a 2.35x equity multiple.
