Acquisition of 648 bed (204-unit) purpose built student housing complex in Salisbury, MD

Legacy Capital Partners invested $7.792 million in the acquisition of a 648-bed (204-unit) student housing community serving Salisbury University in Salisbury, Maryland. The total project costs were $43.74 million. The partnership assumed an existing $34.0 million fixed rate loan with one-year of interest only remaining. The total equity requirement was $9.74 million.
