Legacy Capital Partners invested $6.04 million in the acquisition and renovation of an existing 187,314-square-foot shopping center in Vernon Hills, Illinois. The total project costs were $29.75 million. The asset was capitalized with a $22.2 million seven-year loan with an interest rate at 300 bps over the one-month LIBOR. The total equity requirement was $7.55 million.
