Legacy Capital Partners invested $527,472 as a Co-GP in the acquisition and renovation of two garden style apartment complexes located in Lawrence, Kansas. The total project costs (including funds needed to complete the renovation and lease-up) were $34.96 million. The assets were purchased with two separate 10 year fixed rate loans totaling $24.4 million. The total equity requirement was $10.56 million.
